I talked to a Microsoft tech and he took over my computer online and
was not able to correct the problem, he gave up ..... I have been
waiting for a fix but nothing so far.... anyone else experience this

Try creating your own blank card.

File / Page Setup...enter 3.5" width - 2" height...OK.

Add your graphics / text

Now try going to...File / Print Setup / Landscape / Multiple
