Default Installing Outlook and Internet Explorer on to a USB Memory Stick.

DL is spot on. - Further to his/her point though. - It may be as easy to investigate "web-mail" as provided by your isp.
Very many ISP's these days use pop mail - What you would use in outlook or outlook express - but also have a webmail interface. Try typing somthing like this into your web browser - Webmail.(isp-name).com
an example of this being webmail.ntlworld.com
By this method you can get to your mail anywhere in the world where there is a web browser available! some ISP's are even WAP enabled, meaning you can get you mail via your mobile phone (if you have international roaming enabled).
Enjoy!
