Default Trying to print current record

Whatever you are prompted to enter is the thing that the
report's record source query can not find. If it was just
ID1, then either the ID1 field doesn't exist in the table OR
it was not included in the record source and a report
control is bound to the field or it is used in the report's
Sorting and Grouping list.

If you were prompted for [Forms]![App 1]![ID1] then the form
was not open when the report was opened OR the form was
open, but does not contain a control/field named ID1.

Stupid Me... After putting in all the coding, I forgot to say, it prints
ALL the records (I even changed it to Print preview as you recommended). It
pops up asking for the ID1 Value.

I have a form that I created a button (that activates a macro) to
print the current record (so I thought).
Here is the action:
Report Name: DOA Record Report
View: Report
Filter Name: ------
Where Condition: [ID1]=[Forms]![App 1]![ID1]
Window Mode: Normal

ID1 is the primary key on the form
App 1 is the name of the form.

I would have just used the PRINT RECORD button that's built in, but
that's another problem (error popups).

I seriously doubt that you want to use Report view, try
changing it to Preview.

You may have another problem somewhere else (in the report?)
thats causing whatever makes you think the report is not
doing anything.
