I never use standard clipart. It's for a school and they always want

it had no uploading problem on my computer. But, before I did this, I
burned a CD with the newsletter file and opened it with a newer version
of Publisher (2002) at the school and it uploaded just fine with the
huge file sizes. So it must be a problem with the older vs. don't you
think?

The newer versions of Publisher (2002 2003) reduce the file sizes and
image sizes up to 90% in most cases. This was done to address issues like
you have encountered. --
