Default Page layout and foot note "space"

1. Click the Review tab of the ribbon. Click Accept | Accept All Changes in
Document. Then click Track Changes | Track Changes to turn it off.

2. Switch to Draft view (View tab | Draft). Then, on the References tab,
click Show Notes. Word displays the footnote pane as in previous versions of
Word. Click the Footnote Separator item and then remove any excessive
contents inserted with the separator. Note that this task will be a lot
easier if you press Ctrl+Shift+8 to show nonprinting marks.

Hi,

1. I have problems with page layout in Word 2007 .... I think it is
because
"mark up" is activated (basicly the page is bigger that what is set up
A4). I
know how to take away in Word 2003 but in 2007 - how do I do that and make
it
stay (have had problems that it keeps coming back all though I save the
changes) ?

2. How do I edit the foot note layout in Word 2007 ? ... I have suddenly a
lot of space between my foot notes and the seperator line.

Hope you can help, Thanks !
