Default dialling a contact from Outlook 2007 when you have a wireless rout

You need a modem in order to use the dialer. If you subscribe to VoIP
services and have the correct drivers, you can dial from outlook- you'll
need to ask your VoIP provider if there are drivers available.

Is there anybody out there who could tell me what to do?
