Okay, I did NOT make this up. My husband just came in and asked whether I
had any unused dividers. In scrounging around for some I ran across an
unopened package (I don't think I bought them--I think I got them as part of
some promotion) of Avery 11526 Direct Print Custom Dividers 5 Tabs. It's not
the tabs that fold in and out but the part of the divider (Mylar-reinforced)
in which the holes are punched. Someone has even posted a template for these
at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...129551033.aspx

They're in a catalog at http://alleghenyoffice.com/pages/219.htm, but the
fact that Google doesn't come up with a direct Avery link suggests that they
may have been discontinued. They come with a CD of formatting software and
200 clip art images, so I guess I ought to open the package and at least
retrieve the CD.

tabs,
and off you go.
