Thanks for the reply Diane,

1. I have no problem with emails as I have configured a rule to move items
to PST, is there a rule to copy calendar items?
2. Cached Exchange Mode is enabled but will calendar items be cached as well?

I checked the tools in http://www.slipstick.com and found tools to
synchronize with public folders or Internet hosted services, both techniques
will not work for me.

Appreciate your help!
