Default #NAME?

You probably have an error in your sheet name, it's better to let Excel do
the job, when you enter the formula click on the sheet tab of Closed calls
as of 70108 and you will get the exact name and apostrophes, then just enter
the rest.

I am pulling my hair out!!! I have over 60,000 rows of data with comments
and
am trying to add a function to a cell: =SUMPRODUCT(--('Closed calls as of
70108'!$E$2:$E$65141="B"),--('Closed calls as of 70108'!$F$2:$F$65141=""))
and I get the #NAME? error. I tried following the help under Excel but
haven't gotten anywhere! Column F equals the comments column and I want
all
blank cells added so I have: Col E=B, Col F=2,000 out of a total of
33,000.

I am using Excel 2003

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
