Open Outlook Express, click Tools/Options/Maintenance and then the Store
Folder button. The path may be highlighted, but if it is not, use the Tab
key to go from field to fielt until it is highlighted, then press Ctrl+C to
copy it to the clipboard. Now click Start/Run and in the address bar, click
once, then press Ctrl+V to copy the file path into it and press OK.
Explorer will open and any files should be displayed (if you have Show
hidden files selected under Tools/Folder Options).

as before I saw Microsoft and clicked on that, and then Outlook Express.
When
I clicked on Outlook
Express, then the ten files appeared including the .dbx files.

Forgive me if I am redundant but I would like to get back to where I was
on
this backup thing. I don't know what I did to change things.
