How do I find this information? I'm pretty sure I've installed the latest
one from Office Live (it kept giving me a notice to upgrade until I did).

I'm only assuming that it's contacts with a photo that won't sync. Is there
any way of troubleshooting exactly why a particular contact won't sync?
