Hi
there's a nearly identical post in Excel.misc. I assumed you were the
same poster :-). If not the best way would be:
- copy only the relevant sheets to a new workbook
- delete the old workbook
- use a third party tool to 'wipe' the old workbook (search Google for
'wipe files')
