i need to be able to prevent users from deleting email messages, is this
possible?

through, group policy i have set the following;

- under 'disable items in user interface' - 'custom' , i have enabled
'disable command bar buttons and menu items (i added the id's 127, 1671, 4,
46, 478, 5654)

- disabled ' empty deleted items folder'

I now need to figure out if you can disable the ability to delete an email
message by simply pressing the 'delete' key on the keyboard.
