Default ruler has incorrect measurements, what am I doing wrong?

Again, the onscreen size doesn't mean anything.

A page at 100% on a 15' monitor will be much smaller than a page at 100% on
a 20" monitor, but both will still print on a letter sized piece of paper
(if that is what you are using).

Good thing you are not trying do create an architectural plan of a 100'
building - I can't image what that monitor would cost!

displayed correctly... All Office programs should use just "units" and

cm
or anything else. Why would you want to see things in cm if the
measurements
are not correct.
