I assume you have already examined the several Internet Fax Services that
have been developed to integrate with Outlook 2007 and 2003. None is free,
but they are the only somewhat robust fax integration that remain for
Outlook.

Vonage is a VoIP service for which you will need a traditional fax modem
connected to an analog port on your router. In my experience however,
these 'fax' lines are not very reliable. Here's why;

'Internet fax' does not use a modem and simply sends documents from the
service providers client or plug-in to the service provider for
transmission.
