Default template

No, for the simple reason that Word doesn't use the function keys nearly as
much. You can do everything you need to do in Word without the function
keys, though a few that I find helpful are F4 (Repeat the last action),
Shift+F5 (Go To the last edit), and the F9 series for dealing with fields.

is there a template for the function keys for Word like WordPerfect has?

One that could be applied to the keyboard for those of us who don't have the
experience with this program yet?
