i bought an hp from bestbuy that had office2003 preloaded.
i liked it and ended up buying the student/teacher edition
(i'm a student). even though i've registered it (including
uninstalling and doing a clean install) i still get these
reminder pop-ups. in the window title bar it'll say
"Reminder Monday, April 26, 2004 05:14 PM" and in the
window itself it looks like there's supposed to be a
webpage, but all the only thing that's there is the default
page when you try and load an html but there's no
connection. something like "the page cannot be displayed."
does anyone know how to get this window to stop popping
up? it pops up every 30 minutes and can't be closed with
an "x," i have to crtl-alt-del it. HELP!
