Default How to print CD/DVD labels on standard two-per-sheet paper?

Anytime you need to edit both halves of your label you need to setup the page
manually. Most CD/DVD templates will print two to a page.

Select the label you want from the page setup, make a note of the margins.
Some Avery templates have the below measurements. You can use ruler guides and
the Master page.
Landscape
Side margins- .69
Top margin-- 1.94
Horizontal gap-- .38
Vertical gap--- zero

Start with Arrange, Layout guides, type the above margins, Grid Guides tab, two
columns, .38 spacing

Some CD templates are portrait, one above the other.

Every time I download templates to print CD/DVD labels, I see only one label
on a small sheet of paper. When I go to the office supply store, I only have
the option of buying paper with the standard two-label design. How do I
create and edit CD labels where I can work with both onscreen and then print
both at once (different top from bottom) in such a way that everything is
aligned with the cutout sticker labels on the page?
