It wants to open the "normal" blank office DOT file. Which
is either missing or mapped to a different place.
If you have a Word Doc aready on the computer, you should
be able to open it and go to -tools-options-file locations
and look where your templates are directed. Default
location (Depending on your OS WNNT\Profiles\(your
username)\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
You should have a "Normal.dot" file there.
If not do a search for it, and put it in this location.Or
map to it where it is depending on your organization.
