Copy the .pst and paste it in a non-default location such as My Documents. In Outlook, use File-Open-Outlook DAta File. Drag and drop the information from one to the other.

After furious head scratching, Jim in Cleveland asked:

| A user was using Outlook calendaring and contacts logged in as admin
| on a computer. They accumulated a lot of calendar and contact info.
| When teh computer was put on the network, the user was able to log in
| with their regular domain username. i need to get the calendaring
| and contact info from teh local admin log on and put it in the users
| domain logon outlook account. What is the easiest way to do this?
| I've tried exporting with mixed results! Please advise.
