In OE, using WinMe, recently the progress bar of Incoming Mail does
not progress as the mail is being downloaded. The Outgoing Mail
progress bar works normally. The popup screen and all is there, but
the bar only moves when the download of each message has
completed...if 3 messages about same length, after 1st message
downloaded the progress bar goes to 1/3 position and waits until 2nd
message downloaded then goes to 2/3 position, etc., but no scrolling
as message is downloading.
Appreciate any insight.
