Default Go back to 2003 from trial 2007, however 2003 is not yet installed

If 2003 came preinstalled on the old computer, you can't use it on the new
computer.

New computer (Vista) Couldn't find my 2003 office product key at the time
so
I downloaded the 2007 office trial. Now I don't really want to pay the
price
again..so do I simply uninstall 2007 and reinstall my 2003? I have
several
files saved in Excel and many emails also.
Will I lose everything if I do this?
Also, how many times can the 2003 License key be used?
My CPU fried on my old puter so I already reinstalled it 1 time on it.
Now
I am on a new computer (with the 2007 trail)
Thanks
