What I wish to do:
Create a line chart for the above.

However the chart I create is somewhat like below:
{X-axis} [fixed scale]

0 1 1.5 2... 10 30 {y-axis} [non-fixed scale]


i. I would like to create a chart which both X-, Y-axis=20
is at fixed scale.
The desired chart is somewhat like below:

0 1 2 3 4... 27 28 29 30 {y-axis} [fixed scale]


Other Q:
ii. How can I change X-axis or y-axis into fixed scale or=20
non-fixed scale?
iii. How can I omit some values in X-axis or y-axis?
Eg: I just wish to show values of "1-10", "25-30" in y-
axis, others (ie "11-24") should be hidden.
