This is probably a simple problem, but continues to bug me, so help
please.

My normal.dot template is set ok, and the template on the screen is
as
set.
Upon opening a new page in Word, instead of a 1.7cm margin at the top
of the page the cursor is positioned right at the top of the page and
not showing the margin, but in page preview it is showing ok. Why is
this and how can I adjust the view please?
