Default Average selected data in a cloumn

=AVERAGE(IF((A1:A50000.1)*(A1:A50000.15),A1:A500 0))

Please note that this is an array formula. You create array formulas in the
same way that you create other formulas, except you press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to
enter the formula. If successful in 'Formula Bar' you can notice the curly
braces at both ends like "{=formula}"

I have a column with data that ranges from .052 up to 2.15. I want to averge
only that data that is .10 and .150

there are approximately 4300 data points in each column

how do I accomplish this?
