Note that not all virus,trojan,spywares can be detected.

Have you verify that the harddisk and memory are free from defects? Although
power supply might be the culprit, but I doubt so.

If is not a commonality, have you tried reinstalling Access or MS Office
again? Or even reinstalling the OS and MS Office/Access again?
