Default Importing addresses from Excell into outlook


I have set up a Spreadsheet in the same tabular layout as
the Outlook 2003 has if you maximize the addess book.

I can not find a way to import this information into that
table. Surely it can be done. I have 2300 names and e-
mail addresses I need to transfer into my address book.

I can not believe Microsoft has not identified this need.

Can anyone help me please.
