How to save a form as a template

point for any new form.

I don't think you'll find a perfect solution to this problem.
Proper, and Ucase provide some functionality, but they can not
properly handle all real world Caps/Lowercase...

design mode is not really a problem, as long as it displays correctly
in form view.
