Cannot Update Links Message is False but Always Appears

Excel Starts When I hit te Zero Key

For some reason every time I hit the Zero key, Excel Opens. If it is already

Instead of debugging, code just stops running

I have a macro that gets to a point where it should hit an error and debug

Nevermind, I figured it out. I had to use a complicated combination of
Match, Concatenate, Indirect, and Offset functions but it works.
