Table word 2019 need add column numbers
 

Hi.. thank you for the opportunity I have to ask a question here..
I got a table and now I need to put numeric numbers start with 1,2,3 until 20 then continue next column 21 22 23 until 30 then continue 31 32 33 so on until 40.
I know how to do it in excel... no problem but in table is different ... some can tell me how to proceed??
